The personal details supplied by the person/entity involved are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree n° 196 of 30.6.2003 relating to “Protecting the person and other subjects in relation to handling of personal details (hereinafter the “Privacy Code”).
J777 s.r.l. whose Sede Legale in Via Guerrazzi 7 - 56025 Pontedera - PI e Sede Amministrativa ed Operativa in Via Volturno 10/12 - 50019 Sesto Fiorentino - FI (hereinafter the “Holder”) handles personal details using procedures including computerised procedures, for the following purposes:
1. Setting up and managing a contractual relationship;
2. Fulfilment of accounting procedures resulting from the obligations referred to in point 1 imposed by law;
3. Keeping and filing the personal details strictly connected with and instrumental to the execution of the processes indicated in points 1 and 2;
4. Running studies, market research, and statistics;
5. Sending advertising or direct sales materials.
The personal details gathered may be passed on to third parties without consent having to be given by the Interested Party, where this is done in order to fulfil the obligations imposed by legal provisions, regulations, or community norms.
The details may also be passed on to associate companies that are part of the Holder’s group, for implementing the purposes for which the details were gathered.
Some of the Holder’s collaborators/employees, appointed to handle details, may access the Interested Party’s personal details in order to carry out the duties and tasks assigned to them in relation to the purposes for which the details are handled, as indicated in points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above. Art 7 of the Privacy Code grants the Interested Party specific rights in relation to the handling of their personal details, including: asking the Holder to confirm that they hold their personal details; knowing where they were obtained from and the logics and purposes for which they are handled; to have them updated, corrected, and added to; to ask for them to be deleted, transformed into an anonymous form, or blocked in case of illicit handling; of opposing handling of the same for legitimate reasons or when the details are used to send advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales, and interactive commercial communications, without prejudice to the fact that having one’s personal details deleted is subject to sending a written notification of the same to the Holder. In exercising these rights the Interested Party may grant power of attorney, in writing, to physical persons, bodies, or associations, or may rely on the assistance of a person that enjoys their trust.
